Common Questions Before Starting Your Treatment:
Am I eligible for the ICBC auto insurance benefit?
Prior to your initial visit, please provide us with your full name, claim number, and date of birth. Our admin staff will check with ICBC on your behalf and assist with bookings.
Do I have to handle ICBC matters myself regarding the treatment?
No, we manage session approvals, funding from ICBC, and treatment extensions for you. We also bill your treatment directly to ICBC, so you don’t have to pay upfront.
What is my treatment plan?
After your initial visit, your therapist will collaborate with you to create a treatment plan that aligns with your recovery goals, ensuring you know what to expect.
How long will each session take?
Session lengths vary by treatment. Initial sessions typically last 60 minutes to allow for a thorough health assessment, while follow-up treatments are usually around 30 minutes.
ICBC Coverage
Once you’ve received your ICBC Claim Number, ICBC will cover your treatment costs for the first 12
weeks after your accident date. Initial Assessment (45 Minutes), Subsequent Treatments (30 minutes)

More Treatments
ICBC Offers 12 treatments, If further treatments are required our ICBC Support team will contact your claims adjuster to seek approval for additional treatments. A doctors note is required for approval of additional treatments along with being diligent in following your personalized treatment plan, and that there is a legitimate need for additional treatments, ICBC may approve the request.

We can directly bill to your insurance provider so you don’t need to pay upfront.
